Can we return/exchange our products?

All items* purchased from Little are eligible for exchange within 7 days of purchase through a simple and hassle-free process.

💵 Refund

  1. Little does not offer refunds under any circumstances.
  2. All sales are final — we strictly follow an exchange-only policy.
  3. No money-back guarantee is provided once a purchase is made.

🔁 Exchange Process

Send the parcel back to our warehouse using any courier service that is convenient for you.

Once we receive the item, your exchange request will be processed accordingly.

COD Charges: Rs. 200 (applicable on all exchanges)

💵 Exchange Fee: Payable via Advance Payment or Bank Transfer only

⏳ Exchange Timeline

We process exchange requests on a weekly basis.

You can expect your replacement parcel within 7 days, depending on stock availability.

Note:
Exchange will only be processed once:

  • The returned item is received, and
  • It meets all eligibility criteria mentioned below

If the requested item is out of stock, you may:

  • Choose an alternative product, or
  • Wait for restock (usually within 7–10 days)

If restocking takes longer, our team will inform you and assist with a replacement option.

📦 Exchange Eligibility

You are eligible for an exchange if:

  • The item is faulty, damaged, or defective upon delivery
  • The item received does not match your order

All cases are handled individually to ensure fairness.

We cannot process exchanges in the following cases:

  • Requests made after 7 days
  • Items damaged due to use
  • Products that have been tampered with
  • Size issues caused by the customer
